After the top dead center is determined, adjust according to the regulations of the intake valve clearance of 0.25mm and the exhaust valve clearance of 0.30mm. During the adjustment process, the feeler gauge should not be too tight or too loose. After adjustment, the rocker arm fixing nut is locked. Remember to put the putter in the middle of the lifter before adjusting, otherwise, the valve clearance will be incorrect, and even the camshaft, putter or lifter will be damaged.

2. If the cylinder is at the top dead center of the compression stroke, the adjustable sequence is: cylinder, inlet and exhaust valves can be adjusted; second cylinder, adjust the intake valve; third cylinder, adjust the exhaust valve; fourth cylinder , Adjust the intake valve; fifth cylinder, adjust the exhaust valve.
